Easy White Wine Sauce Recipe that is perfect for pasta, seafood and chicken dishes. It's light and refreshing for spring, summer and fall and so delicious! A delicious pasta dish, which is perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients of seafood pasta with creamy white wine sauce
- You need 1 lb of salmon.
- You need 1 lb of shrimp.
- You need 1 lb of scallops.
- Prepare 1 box of frozen chopped spinach.
- It's 2 can of petite diced tomatoes, large.
- It's 1/3 cup of butter.
- It's 1/3 cup of flour.
- It's 2 cup of milk.
- Prepare 250 ml of white wine.
- It's 1 of fresh ground black pepper.

- rub salmon fillet (flesh side) with oil, lemon, pepper, and dill. bake in oven untill done ( browned on edges and flakable).
- sautee shrimp with oil, lemon, parsley, garlic, dill, and pepper..
- sautee scallops. (wash first) bring to boil in juice released then continue cooking until foaming stops and let simmer for a bit. (save stock to use in sauce).
- squeeze as much liquid as possible out of spinach. then sautee with garlic.
- combine butter (melted) and flour to make the roux.
- when roux is thickened and ready, slowly add wine then milk while whisking..
- add pepper. as much, or as little, as you see fit to taste.
- portions of liquids may be adjusted as to individual preferences of thickness and consistency.
- add fish stock from scallops.
- add spinach and tomatoes to sauce.
- put shrimp, scallops, and salmon, (flaked) on top of cooked pasta. then ladle sauce on and mix..
I made it again only tossed about half the sauce with pasta and poured the rest over tilapia fillets. The sauce was nice and tasty without over powering the seafood this will be my new key Creamy White. White Pasta Sauce will continue to thicken as it cools down. So serve and enjoy pasta while they are still hot. We were craving shrimp and white wine sauce on night, and this is what I came up with.
