Ingredients of creamy spinach (portuguese esparragado )
- It's 2 packages of frozen spinach.
- It's 8 tbsp of olive oil.
- You need 1 tbsp of white vinegar.
- It's 2 clove of garlic shopped.
- You need 1/2 cup of milk.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of flour.
- You need 1 of salt and nutmeg to taste.

- boil the spinach for 10minutes and drain the water.
- in a skillet warm the olive oil,add the garlic stir and cook for 2minutes.
- add the spinach and the vinegar season with salt and nutmeg ,stir and cook in low heat for 20,30minutes ,stir a couple of times.
- mix the milk with the flour amd add to the spinach.
- increase the heat and stir until it becomes creamy.
Stir and press out any liquid you can, then stir the partially-thawed spinach directly into the orzo with the Parmesan. Stir and heat until the spinach is fully incorporated. Once pasta is al dente, add in spinach, salt, pepper, seasoning, and cheese, and mix until spinach is wilted and everything is coated in the sauce. Add the shrimp back in and give it a stir until fully incorporated. Serve with some extra parmesan cheese, if desired.
