Ingredients of Mexican Spiced Creamy Artichoke & Spinach Dip
- You need 2 box of 10oz chopped drained & thawed spinach.
- Prepare 2 of 12oz.jar of drained artichokes.
- Prepare 1/3 of finely diced purple onion.
- You need 1 bunch of chopped cilantro.
- You need 1 can of diced green chilies.
- It's 1 bag of of mexican shredded mix cheese.
- You need 1 tsp of garlic salt.
- Prepare 1 tsp of black pepper.
- It's 1/2 tsp of chili powder.
- It's 1 tbsp of dried chives flakes.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of parsley flakes.
- It's 1 cup of mayonnaise.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of sourcream.
- You need 1/2 cup of grated oaxaca cheese.
- You need 1/3 cup of grated parmesan cheese.
- You need 1 envelope of knorr vegtable seasoning.
Mexican Spiced Creamy Artichoke & Spinach Dip instructions
- preheat oven to 375.
- drain spinach well add to a bowl, chop all items needed add to bowl with all seasonings. Drain & wash your artichokes, chop & add to bowl.add in 1/2 bag of cheese, parmesan cheese, oaxaca cheese, mayo, sour cream,& diced green chilies mix well. I used a deep dish pie pan but u can use any size casserole dish..
- top with last of mixed cheese, & sprinkle with paprika. Bake 25-30min.
