Ingredients of Mexican Spiced Creamy Artichoke & Spinach Dip

  1. You need 2 box of 10oz chopped drained & thawed spinach.
  2. Prepare 2 of 12oz.jar of drained artichokes.
  3. Prepare 1/3 of finely diced purple onion.
  4. You need 1 bunch of chopped cilantro.
  5. You need 1 can of diced green chilies.
  6. It's 1 bag of of mexican shredded mix cheese.
  7. You need 1 tsp of garlic salt.
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of black pepper.
  9. It's 1/2 tsp of chili powder.
  10. It's 1 tbsp of dried chives flakes.
  11. Prepare 2 tbsp of parsley flakes.
  12. It's 1 cup of mayonnaise.
  13. Prepare 1/2 cup of sourcream.
  14. You need 1/2 cup of grated oaxaca cheese.
  15. You need 1/3 cup of grated parmesan cheese.
  16. You need 1 envelope of knorr vegtable seasoning.

Mexican Spiced Creamy Artichoke & Spinach Dip instructions

  1. preheat oven to 375.
  2. drain spinach well add to a bowl, chop all items needed add to bowl with all seasonings. Drain & wash your artichokes, chop & add to bowl.add in 1/2 bag of cheese, parmesan cheese, oaxaca cheese, mayo, sour cream,& diced green chilies mix well. I used a deep dish pie pan but u can use any size casserole dish..
  3. top with last of mixed cheese, & sprinkle with paprika. Bake 25-30min.
