  8. You need 1 tbsp of oil.
  9. It's 2 slice of bacon.
  10. You need 3/4 cup of frozen veggies of your choice.
  11. Prepare 4 cup of cooked rice.

  1. Start rice according to package instructions..
  2. Add oil to a skillet, wok or stir fry pan, set heat to medium high.
  3. Chop up bacon into 1/2 - 3/4 inch pieces.
  4. Add bacon to hot pan, stir and cook until just before crisp.
  5. Add ground beef to pan, break it up as it cooks. Bacon pieces should crisp up also while the beef cooks..

Finely grate reserved garlic clove into bowl with parsley and toss to combine. I layered my rice and beef with radicchio, carrots, and lots of fresh basil and mint.
