Ingredients of Creamy Mushrooms Pasta

1. It's 250 grams of Pasta (Tagliolini).
2. You need 100 grams of Fresh mushrooms.
3. Prepare 100 grams of Bacon.
4. You need 1/2 of Onion.
5. It's 2 clove of Garlic.
6. Prepare 1/2 cup of White wine.
7. Prepare 1 cup of Cream.
8. It's 1 dash of Salt & pepper.
9. Prepare 1 pinch of Parsley.

Creamy Mushrooms Pasta step by step

1. Cook pasta in salted water (Leave it "al dente").
2. Slice Mushrooms, cook it in a pan with a bit of olive oil and set aside..
3. In the same pan cook Bacon untill crispy..
4. Remove some extra fat realesed from the Bacon and add Onion and Garlic..
5. Add the White wine and let it simmer for few minutes..
6. Add the Cream, Mushrooms and the Pasta..
7. Sprinke some chopped Parsley and some Parmesan Cheese..
