1. Prepare Half of Onion chopped.
2. You need 1 of Garlic minced.
3. It's 1 tbsp of dried Basil.
4. It's 1/4 tsp of oregano.
5. Prepare 1/8 tsp of pepper.
6. Prepare to taste of Salt.
7. Prepare 1 tsp of sugar.
8. Prepare 2 tbsp of olive oil.
9. Prepare 3 of tomato blended (suppose to be canned italian tomato but i didnt have).
10. It's 170 ml of Cooking cream.

1. On a pan heat oil saute onion and garlic. Then add tomato, basil, oregano, pepper, salt and sugar. Bring it to simmer until water evaporates. Lastly add cooking cream and cook for another 5 mins. Ready to be served with any type of pasta. You may add salmon or even chicken to it. ✅.
