1. It's 3 large of Garlic cloves minced.
2. Prepare 1 of as needed 3-4oz sun dried tomatoes in oil.
3. You need 1 lb of Chicken breast tenders.
4. It's 1 cup of Half and Half.
5. Prepare 1 of Paperika.
6. It's 1 of Salt.
7. Prepare 1 of Pepper.
8. It's 1 cup of Mozzarella cheese.
9. Prepare 8 oz of Penne Pasta.
10. Prepare 1 tbsp of Basil.
11. It's 1/4 tsp of Crushed red pepper flakes.
12. It's 1 cup of Reserved cooked pasta water.

Lip Smacking, Mouth Watering Wifeys Creamy Cheesy Chicken And Pasta instructions

1. Drain sun dried tomatoes RESERVE 2 TABLESPOONS OF OIL for sautéing.
2. In a large skillet on high heat sauté garlic and sun dried tomatoes (drained from oil) in 2 tablespoons of the oil 4 about 1 minute.
3. Remove the sun dried tomatoes from the pan using tongs leaving the oil.
4. Add the chicken to the oil pan.
5. Salt pepper and paperika the chicken the paperika is more just to add color so don't use to much.
6. Cook pasta according to package (reserve cooking water before draining pasta) drain and run under cold water.
7. Slice the sun dried tomatoes and return back to the pan with chicken.
8. Add half and half.
9. Add cheese.
10. Stir and let cook stirring constantly until all cheese melts and creamy sauce forms. (If the sauce is too think slowly add the pasta water until it's to your liking).
11. Add pepper flakes.
12. Add basil.
13. Give it one more stir and your done.
14. Plate and enjoy.
