  11. It's 3 cloves of garlic minced.
  12. It's 1 of medium size onion minced.
  13. Prepare 1 of small ginger chopped.
  14. Prepare of Green Chili.
  15. You need of Dried red chilli optional.
  16. It's 15 pcs of shrimp half boiled.
  17. It's 1/4 of kilo clams.
  18. Prepare of String beans optional i.
  19. You need 1/4 cup of butter.

My Seafoods & Veggies Creamy Green Curry step by step

  1. Blanch shrimp for 1-3 minutes..
  2. Half boiled the clams in separate pan..
  3. Sauté’ garlic, onions and ginger in butter. Then add the potatoes, carrots, bell pepper, and beans..
  4. Mix the green curry in 1/2 cup of water then pour it to the veggies pan. Add the coconut milk and Let it simmer for 15 mins.
  5. Add the clams and shrimp, green Chili simmer for another 10 minutes under Low fire..
  6. Turn the fire off add the chopped spring onions and bok choy. Ready to serve!.
