Ingredients of Creamy Shrimp

1. It's 3 tbsp of Mayonnaise (kewpi mayo if available).
2. You need 1 1/2 tsp of Honey.
3. It's 1 pc of Lemon.
4. You need 1/2 tbsp of Condensed milk.
5. Prepare of Salt.
6. It's of Shrimps (deveined, peeled and tail removed).
7. Prepare of Tempura powder.
8. Prepare of Cold water.
9. It's of Cooking Oil.

Creamy Shrimp step by step

1. Combine the mayonnaise, honey, zest of lemon, condensed milk lemon juice and a little salt. Mix well and set aside..
2. Add the the tempura powder into the shrimps with 1/2 cup cold water. Mix well..
3. Heat pan with cooking oil and deep fry the coated shrimps..
4. Add the cooked shrimps into the mayo mixture and mix well..
