Creamy Garlic Chicken step by step

  1. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, garlic powder and black pepper.
  2. Mix the flour and parmesan cheese in a wide bowl.
  3. Coat the seasoned chicken breasts with the mixture of flour and parmesan cheese.
  4. Cook the prepared chicken in a pan with heated oil and butter.
  5. Set aside the cooked chicken.
  6. In the same pan, saute the onion and garlic.
  7. Add chicken broth and the cream under medium high. Stir the mixture.
  8. Add ample amount of parmesan. Taste the mixture making sure it does not become too salty.
  9. Add the cooked chicken and let it simmer until sauce thickens.
  10. Optional : sprinkle some fresh parsley on top before serving.
