- cook rue for about 5 mins add garlic and the rest of the parsley, oregano , basil and pepper.
- add cream slowly to temper do not add at once the cold cream will cause the sauce to break.
- add parmesan cheese.
- add the rest of the cream the same way..
- add salt.
- drain chicken juice about half way.
- add to sauce.
- allow sauce to cook until thickened to your liking.
- pour over mostocolli pasta top with parmesan cheese and parsley and enjoy!!!.
