Ingredients of Shrimp Pasta (or crawfish)
- You need 1 lb of Shrimp or crawfish.
- Prepare 1 packages of Egg noodles.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Butter.
- It's 8 oz of Can of cream of mushroom.
- You need 1 small of Onion.
- It's 1 small of Bellpepper.
- It's 1 clove of Garlic.
- Prepare 1 clove of Shallots.
- Prepare 1 can of Alfredo sauce.
- It's 1 loaf of Velvetta.
- It's 1 tsp of Oil.
- Prepare 1 cup of Milk.
Shrimp Pasta (or crawfish) step by step
- Chop onion bellpepper shallots and garlic and saute in the butter until translucent.
- In another pot bring water to a boil with the oil in water and a little salt and cook noodles drain and sit to the side.
- Once translucents add seafood and saute until cooked.
- Drain over a bowl saving the juice.
- Pour milk into the same pot just used and cut up velvetta and add to pot.
- Once cheese has started to melt add cream of mushroom stir to blend together then add alfredo sauce turn heat down to low so that sauce does not burn.
- Add seafood and seasoning to the sauce cook for about 5 minutes then add noodles remove from heat and stir.
- Enjoy.
