- You need 8-10 of Asparagus spears, peeled and sliced.

- Prepare 4 tbsp of Cream.

- On a medium fire, sear the seasoned (salt+pepper) asparagi with lemon, making sure that they don't get any colour, for 3-5 minutes, until soft.
- Turn the fire off, add the vegetable stock, cover with a lid, and let it do its thing for two and a half minutes.
- Add the cream and increase the fire to medium, and boil for two minutes.
- Blend everything and adjust for seasoning.
