  1. On a medium fire, sear the seasoned (salt+pepper) asparagi with lemon, making sure that they don't get any colour, for 3-5 minutes, until soft.
  2. Turn the fire off, add the vegetable stock, cover with a lid, and let it do its thing for two and a half minutes.
  3. Add the cream and increase the fire to medium, and boil for two minutes.
  4. Blend everything and adjust for seasoning.
