- You need 200 g of Asparagus.
- You need 1/2 of onion white large.
- Prepare 1 of whole red pepper.
- Prepare 2 of paprika fresh.
- It's 1 head of garlic peeled.
- It's 1 of whole green peppers.
- You need 200 ml of coconut milk or cream.
- It's 1/2 cup of olive oil.
- Prepare 1 cup of chopped coriander.
- It's 1 cup of chopped parsley.
Grilled asparagus and calamari steaks with a Thai sauce instructions
- In a blender add all the vegetables and herbs chopped besides the asparagus, and half of the olive oil and blend till smooth.
- Season the calamari steaks or tubes with salt and pepper and in pan on a high heat cook on each side for 3 mins till cooked set aside.
- Take 4 full table spoons of the blended mixture in a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil sauté the mixture for 5 minutes.
- Once you have finished cooking the mixture add the coconut milk and stir until the mixture starts to thicken, set on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Take the asparagus season and place in oven for 5 mins at 180 degrees till bright green and crunchy but tender.
- Cut your calamari steaks into strips and plate the food as you desire. Enjoy.
