- It's 100 g of Baby spinach.
- Prepare of Seasoning.
- You need Clove of garlic finely chopped.
- It's of Parmesan to serve.
Creamy Asparagus Tagliatelle step by step
- Boil pasta to instructions, steam asparagus for 4 mins.
- Drain pasta reserving 2 tablespoons of liquid, add Creme fraiche, poppy seeds, garlic and stir over low heat for a few mins.
- Add baby spinach until it’s wilted.
- Season and serve with asparagus and a sprinkling of Parmesan ontop!.
