  2. You need 100 g of Creme Fraiche.
  3. You need 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds.
  4. You need Handful of Asparagus.
  5. It's 100 g of Baby spinach.
  6. Prepare of Seasoning.
  7. You need Clove of garlic finely chopped.
  8. It's of Parmesan to serve.

Creamy Asparagus Tagliatelle step by step

  1. Boil pasta to instructions, steam asparagus for 4 mins.
  2. Drain pasta reserving 2 tablespoons of liquid, add Creme fraiche, poppy seeds, garlic and stir over low heat for a few mins.
  3. Add baby spinach until it’s wilted.
  4. Season and serve with asparagus and a sprinkling of Parmesan ontop!.
