Ingredients of Cream of mushroom soup

  1. It's 1 tbsp of butter.
  2. It's 1/4 cup of mushroom.
  3. It's 1 of onion.
  4. You need of Black pepper (Pinch).
  5. It's of Salt.
  6. You need of Chicken broth.
  7. You need 1/4 cup of cream.
  8. You need 2 tbsp of flour.

Cream of mushroom soup step by step

  1. Saute mushroom with butter and onion till tender.
  2. Mix flour, pepper, salt, until well combined. Add to the mushrooms stir well,add in cream and stock, cover, simmer for 5 mins,serve..
