Cream of mushroom soup has been a favorite of mine as long as I can remember.
Of course when we were growing up it was Campbell's and it came in a can.
Homemade Cream of Mushroom Soup is full flavoured and so easy to make, you won't buy soup in a can again!
Ingredients of Cream of mushroom soup
- Prepare 100 grms of mushroom chopped.
- You need 3 cloves of garlic chopped.
- Prepare 50 ml of cooking cream.
- It's 100 ml of vegetable stock.
- Prepare 5 grms of Salt.
- It's Pinch of White pepper.
- Prepare of Presley chopped for ganish.
- Prepare 1 of chopped onion.
Cream of mushroom soup instructions
- After ur ingredients are ready put in some butter and when hot put in the chopped onion and garlic..
- Later put in the mushrooms and lightly fry with the garlic and onion.
- Put in the stock quarter the amount,bring it to a boil then simmer for about 30min.
- Later blend the mixture and pass it through a fine sieve....back to the fire.....
- Add the rest of the stock and bring it to a boil then simmer for 20min.
- Season it slowly as u check for the consistency....
- Once its seasoned well add some cream for flavor 5 min cook it.
- Serve when hot vanish with Presley.
