Cream of Mushroom soup Cream of mushroom soup has been a favorite of mine as long as I can remember. Of course when we were growing up it was Campbell's and it came in a can. Homemade Cream of Mushroom Soup is full flavoured and so easy to make, you won't buy soup in a can again!

Ingredients of Cream of Mushroom soup

  1. You need 1 of packet(250gm) - mushroom.
  2. It's 1 of large chopped onion.
  3. You need 4-5 of garlic chopped cloves.
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp of Olive oil.
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of Leeks.
  6. It's 1 tsp of celery.
  7. You need 30 gm of Butter.
  8. You need 11/2 large cup of Stock.
  9. Prepare 50 ml of Milk.
  10. You need 25 gm of Refined Flour.
  11. It's 3 tbsp of Cream.
  12. You need 1 of Bay leaf.

Cream of Mushroom soup instructions

  1. Take a container and put some olive oil and butter in it. Add a bay leaf to it..
  2. Now out Chopped onion in it and saute till translucent. Add chopped garlic to it and saute well..
  3. Add cutted mushroom pieces to the mixture and stir well..
  4. Add freshly cutter leeks and celery to it and mix well. It adds flavour to the soup..
  5. As soon as all veggies get saute add hot stock to the mixture and keep stirring..
  6. Now as soon. As a boil comes drain all the ingredients by using a strainer..
  7. Now grind the ingredients left in strainer after straining..
  8. Mix this puree with hot mushroom stock and stir well..
  9. Check the required seasoning..
  10. Finally pour the hot soup in a bowl garnished with cream..
  11. Blend the mixture änd as a boil come.
