Cream of mushroom soup has been a favorite of mine as long as I can remember.
Of course when we were growing up it was Campbell's and it came in a can.
Homemade Cream of Mushroom Soup is full flavoured and so easy to make, you won't buy soup in a can again!
Ingredients of Cream of Mushroom Soup
- It's 1 Tsp of Oil.
- Prepare 1 Tbsp of Butter.
- Prepare 2 of medium sized chopped Onions.
- Prepare 5 of Crushed Garlic cloves.
- It's 250 gm of Mushroom.
- It's 1/2 tsp of black pepper power.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- It's As needed of Water.
- You need 50 gram of Cream.
- It's 1 Tbsp of Corn flour.
Cream of Mushroom Soup step by step
- Heat a pan, Add butter and oil.
- Add Mushrooms and saute for 5 min and keep stirring on medium flame.
- Add onions and garlic and cook until Golder brown.
- Add Black pepper powder and salt.
- Add water and corn flour slurry and cook for 5 min.
- Cool down and use mixer grinder to blend.
- Pour it to pan and add some Black pepper powder and fresh cream.
- Mix it well and cook for 2 mins and Mushroom Soup is ready to serve..
- Garnish with fresh cream and chopped green chilli and Mushrooms.
