  4. Prepare 1 of large onion sliced.
  5. You need as needed of Cracked peppercorns for seasoning.

  7. It's 2 cups of milk.
  8. You need 1 cup of water.
  9. It's 1 tbsp of butter.

Creamy Mushroom Corn Soup step by step

  1. Heat butter in a pan. Add the sliced onion and saute till it turns soft..
  2. Add sliced mushroom, season with salt and cracked peppercorns and saute for about 10 mins..
  3. In a blender add the mushroom, bread slices, water and grind them to a smooth puree..
  4. Put the puree back to the pan and bring to boil..
  5. Now add milk and simmer for 2-3 mins and take off the heat..
  6. Garnish with boiled sweet corn, spring onion greens and drizzle milk and serve..
