Ingredients of Creamy Mushroom Soup

  1. It's 100 gm of mushroom blanched & chopped.
  2. Prepare 1/2 of onion chopped.
  3. You need 1 tsp of ginger crushed.
  4. It's 1 tsp of garlic crushed.
  5. You need 2 tbsp of butter.
  6. You need 1 tbsp of wheatflour.
  7. Prepare 1 cup of milk.
  8. You need 1 cup of water.
  9. You need 1/4 tsp of Mustard powder (optional).
  10. Prepare to taste of salt.
  11. You need 1/2 tsp of Black pepper powder.

Creamy Mushroom Soup step by step

  1. Heat pan add butter add garlic saute for 10 seconds..
  2. Add chopped mushroom saute it till golden in colour..
  3. Switch off gas, separate some sauted mushroom for toppings..
  4. In a blender add mushroom, 1/4 cup milk and make a fine paste..
  5. Heat another pan add butter, onion, ginger saute for 1 minute..
  6. Add wheat flour, salute it well on low flame..
  7. Add mushroom paste, saute it well quickly, add rest of the milk, 1 cup water, stir continuously with whisker..
  8. Add salt, black pepper powder, mustard powder (optional), coriander mix well. Switch off the gas..
  9. Garnish with Amul Cream, coriander. Serve hot..
