Ingredients of Potato Soup

1. You need 10 medium of potatoes.
2. It's 8 oz of cream cheese.
3. You need 1 small of onion, chopped.
4. It's 1 cup of milk.
5. You need 2 can of cream of mushroom soup.
6. It's 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
7. It's 2 tbsp of butter.
8. Prepare 1 of salt & pepper to taste.
9. You need 1 of garlic powder to taste.

Potato Soup instructions

1. Peel & dice potatoes. Boil potatoes & diced onions in medium pot until tender..
2. Drain some of the water from potatoes & onion.
3. Cube cream cheese and add to potato and onion. Stir to combine and melt cream cheese..
4. Add milk & cream of mushroom..
5. Stir in shredded cheese, butter & spices..
6. Simmer & stir until heated through. Great topped with bacon bits & shredded cheese..
